José Luis holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s in Business Legal Advisory from the Garrigues Study Center. Since 2020, he has served as Legal Director at Saurus.com and Rewire Holding LTD in London. Previously, he worked as a lawyer at Banco Popular (now part of Santander Bank) and in several law firms.
José Luis specializes in providing legal advice to real estate investors, as well as corporate legal counsel to a wide range of companies operating in international environments — from tech startups to businesses in sectors such as gaming and hospitality

José Isidro Molina Sánchez is a lawyer with a solid career spanning over 40 years, closely linked from the beginning to the courts of justice and the Bar Association of Málaga. He represents a generation of jurists who served as a bridge between the province’s historic lawyers and the new ways of understanding and practicing law.
Throughout his career, he has combined professional practice with institutional involvement, serving as a board member of the Governing Council of the Málaga Bar Association under the presidency of José Antonio Peláez. From that position, he has actively contributed to strengthening the core values of the legal profession: legal expertise, procedural courage, personal and professional integrity, and humility in the daily practice of law.
José Isidro Molina Sánchez specializes in Civil Law, Criminal Law, and Family Law. His experience includes defense in complex legal proceedings, resolution of family and inheritance disputes, and the protection of fundamental rights in criminal matters—always with a human, strategic, and rigorous approach.

Francisco Repiso-Luque is an economist and financial advisor with over a decade of experience in the fields of taxation, accounting, and commercial law. Specialized in comprehensive support for both companies and individuals, he stands out for his in-depth expertise in economic and financial consulting, tax planning, corporate structures, business valuation, and mergers and acquisitions. His career began at CaixaBank and PwC Spain, where he worked with financial institutions under international regulations (IFRS, Bank of Spain, CNMV) and participated in the Asset Quality Review (AQR) for the European Central Bank.
Since 2015, he has led Pascual Asesores, a firm from which he manages complex financial, legal, and strategic projects, also serving as a bankruptcy administrator and a tied agent of Bankinter. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Granada, with international studies at Universiteit Antwerpen (Belgium), and holds master’s degrees in Auditing and Accounting from CUNEF and the University of Deusto. He is certified as a Financial Advisor (CAF) by Afi School of Finance and has completed ThePowerMBA program in business management. His approach is grounded in technical rigor, close client relationships, and a strategic, results-oriented vision.
